Jennifer S. Fisher is from Fort Lee, New Jersey and currently resides in West Chelsea, New York. In 2009, she graduated from Syracuse University with a BFA in Architectural History and English Textual Studies, completing an extracurricular Master’s Level Thesis on the Architecture of the Silk Road in Palermo, Sicily. While working as an arts journalist and staging at architectural offices, she continued to pursue her graduate studies in Architecture at Columbia University and the University of the Mediterranean in Southern Italy. Foremost, she completed her Master of Fine Arts from the New York School of Interior Design in 2016, honing her technical skills in spatial planning, 3D modeling and visualization. In her work, she treats every project as a multidisciplinary adventure into the depths of site and client psyche. She strives for universal accessibility, urban/suburban renewal and creating bespoke environments through value driven design. Also known as Gigi, she enjoys exploring new cities, experimental cuisine and an endearing obsession with visiting art museums wherever she goes. She carries the deepest love for her spunky cairn terrier Lulamae, whom she rescued from the streets of the Bronx. Lastly, yet above all, is her love for her husband Zachary, also a rescue, from the spoils of the Upper East Side.
She is currently available for freelance projects.
